1. Service Agreement

  • By requesting service from Fixkr Technologies, you agree to you agree to our Doorstep Service model which prioritizes on-site repair whenever possible and allow our technicians to diagnose and repair your electronic devices and home appliances.
  • A technician will first attempt to diagnose and repair the issue at your location. If as per technician the repair is complex or cannot be done on-site, the device will be collected and taken to our service center.

  • You agree to allow our technicians to handle, transport, and service your devices as needed.

  • If the customer refuses or fails to allow pickup when required, Fixkr Technologies reserves the right to discontinue the service.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if:

    • The device is deemed beyond repair, or

    • The cost of repair is not economically feasible.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the appliance is deemed irreparable or if repairs are not economically feasible.

2. Service Charges

  • Service charges are based on the type of appliance and the nature of the repair required.
  • A quote will be provided before any work begins. Additional charges may apply for parts replacement, if necessary.

3. Warranty

  • We provide a warranty on repairs performed by Fixkr Technologies. The warranty period and coverage details will be specified at the time of service.
  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Issues caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage

    • Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs

    • Power surges, natural disasters, or other external causes

4. Payment

  • Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the repair.
  • We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or other agreed-upon methods. Payment details will be provided in the invoice.

5. Appointment and Cancellation

  • Appointments for service must be scheduled in advance through our customer service channels.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.

6. Liability

While we take the utmost care during diagnostics and repair, some devices may be in a pre-existing faulty, unstable, or deteriorated condition. In such cases, there is a risk that:

  • The device may become non-functional (“dead”) during service,

  • Individual parts (such as internal components, screens, connectors, etc.) may break due to wear, corrosion, prior damage, or stress during the repair process.

  • Fixkr Technologies will not be held liable for:
    • Devices that stop working or become unrepairable during the service process

    • Breakage of parts during handling or repair

    • Loss of data from the device

    • Replacement of the device or any of its parts (new or old)

    • Any damages or losses incurred due to malfunction or misuse of repaired appliances.

  • Customers are advised to back up their data prior to handing over the device.

  • We are not responsible for damages to personal property or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the repaired appliance.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the device is accessible and that our technicians have a safe environment to work in.

  • You agree to provide accurate information regarding the device’s condition and history of issues.

  • You are responsible for collecting the device after repair if requested. Prolonged failure to do so may result in storage charges or disposal of the item, as per company policy.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be used for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Modifications

  • Fixkr Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
