1. Service Agreement
A technician will first attempt to diagnose and repair the issue at your location. If as per technician the repair is complex or cannot be done on-site, the device will be collected and taken to our service center.
You agree to allow our technicians to handle, transport, and service your devices as needed.
If the customer refuses or fails to allow pickup when required, Fixkr Technologies reserves the right to discontinue the service.
We reserve the right to decline service if:
The device is deemed beyond repair, or
The cost of repair is not economically feasible.

The warranty does not cover:
Issues caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage
Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs
Power surges, natural disasters, or other external causes

While we take the utmost care during diagnostics and repair, some devices may be in a pre-existing faulty, unstable, or deteriorated condition. In such cases, there is a risk that:
The device may become non-functional (“dead”) during service,
Individual parts (such as internal components, screens, connectors, etc.) may break due to wear, corrosion, prior damage, or stress during the repair process.
Devices that stop working or become unrepairable during the service process
Breakage of parts during handling or repair
Loss of data from the device
Replacement of the device or any of its parts (new or old)
Any damages or losses incurred due to malfunction or misuse of repaired appliances.
Customers are advised to back up their data prior to handing over the device.
7. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that the device is accessible and that our technicians have a safe environment to work in.
You agree to provide accurate information regarding the device’s condition and history of issues.
You are responsible for collecting the device after repair if requested. Prolonged failure to do so may result in storage charges or disposal of the item, as per company policy.
